I’m a DevOps Engineer with about 4 years experience in DevOps, plus over 10 years experience in web development, which really helps me bridge the gap between development and operations. I’m all about streamlining processes and making infrastructure more efficient, whether that’s through automation, optimizing cloud resources, or collaborating closely with teams to get things done.
I’ve worked a lot with AWS and GCP, setting up infrastructure that scales with the business, and I’ve got experience with a wide range of tools, like Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and HashiCorp’s stack—Nomad, Vault, Boundary, and Consul. One of my big focuses is cost and resource optimization; I’ve led projects where we’ve significantly reduced costs and improved performance by fine-tuning cloud setups.
Having that web development background means I really understand the needs of both developers and infrastructure teams. I work closely with developers, support teams, and leadership to make sure we’re all aligned and that solutions are both robust and easy to use, whether that’s in a startup setting or an enterprise environment.
